By using Faceless Mode AI™ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account: you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your password.

Acceptable use: don't use Faceless Mode AI™ to build stores that promote illegal products, spam, hate speech, or anything that violates the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement or the rules of any network we integrate with. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

Payments & refunds: all purchases are subject to the refund window stated on the checkout page (typically 30 days). Refunds outside that window are at our discretion.

Your content: you own everything you create. We only use it to provide the service to you.

No guarantee of earnings: see our Earnings Disclosure. We do not promise income.

Liability: Faceless Mode AI™ is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes: we may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced by email or in-app.
